We offer a variety of shipping options using DHL and Thai Post. Shipping methods available will vary by country. We offer DHL express (3-5 business day) shipping for Canada, United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and more. All orders are sent from Bangkok, Thailand.

Shipping fees are based on weight of the items in your cart. The exact amount is quoted at checkout. The timeline for expected delivery is also quoted at checkout. Shipping timelines may be impacted by both Thai holidays (for example, Songkran in April) and international holidays (Chinese New Year & Christmas).

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact to request additional information.

Customers are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which local customs may charge.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can return products purchased on our website due to an error on our part or because products are defective. This case, we will take responsibility for the return shipping fee.

In case of picking the wrong size/colors or you are not satisfied with the products, You can exchange it for a different size, colors and designs as long as we have it in stock, but you will be taking responsibility for the return shipping fee.

Please note that Items that have been used will not be accepted for return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
