Processing Time

Domestic Orders (Thailand): 1-2 working days
International Orders: 2-3 working days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders via DHL for reliable and trackable delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand): Flat rate shipping available
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Thailand: Typically 2-4 business days after processing
  • International: 3-5 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note: International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide with no country restrictions. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at bkkmuaythaistore@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with DHL to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations. Orders that are refused, abandoned, or not cleared through customs due to unpaid duties or import issues are not eligible for a refund.

U.S. Customers:

As of August 29, 2025, all U.S. imports may be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of order value. Any charges imposed by U.S. Customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient.
