We offer DHL express (3-5 business day) shipping for Canada, United States, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and more. All orders are sent from Bangkok, Thailand.

Shipping fees are based on weight of the items in your cart. The exact amount is quoted at checkout. The timeline for expected delivery is also quoted at checkout. Shipping timelines may be impacted by both Thai holidays (for example, Songkran in April) and international holidays (Chinese New Year & Christmas).

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can return products purchased on our website due to an error on our part or because products are defective. This case, we will take responsibility for the return shipping fee.

In case of picking the wrong size/colors or you are not satisfied with the products, You can exchange it for a different size, colors and designs as long as we have it in stock, but you will be taking responsibility for the return shipping fee.
